Discover the Light Within, LLC

My coaching practice is based on my belief in Jesus Christ.

As a Catholic I found my belief in God and living a life based on the teachings of Jesus Christ has led me to living my life without fear. It continues to give me strength  in times of difficulty. When my husband became seriously ill in 2005 I discovered by living in the light of Jesus Christ and his love for me I would be able to whether any storm.  I learned that being a caregiver means you also have to take care of yourself. This meant I had to discover how to live my life authentically in my business and personal life without compromising my spirituality. 

It was this discovery that led me to focus on the spiritual side of staying well. By increasing my prayer life I found my health improved and I was better able to care for the my loved ones and be more productive in my business.

I received my certification from Coach Training Alliance and began my practice in 2008.

I  also hold a Bachelor's Degree in Psycholgy and a Masters of Arts Degree in Management

from Bellevue University and a member in good standing with ICF of Nebraska
